Ala’a Eraiqat has served as Group CEO of ADCB since 2009. He is also a Board Member of Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) and a Director and Member of the Audit, Compliance and Corporate Governance Committee at Abu Dhabi National Hotels PJSC (ADNH).

Eraiqat serves as Chairman of Al Hilal Bank, an ADCB subsidiary, and chairs several management committees, including the Management Executive Committee (MEC) and Management Credit Committee (MCC).

Eraiqat was named Arab Banker of the Year 2025 by the Union of Arab Banks in acknowledgement of his industry leadership. During his tenure as Group CEO, ADCB has become a market leader in innovation and customer experience.

Before joining ADCB, Eraiqat held senior executive roles at prominent international financial institutions.
